血管性认知损害与S100β和髓鞘碱性蛋白的关系

摘要
目的探讨S100β和髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)与血管性认知损害(VCI)的关系。方法①分组:将67例VCI患者分为轻度VCI组,25例;中度VCI组,23例;重度VCI组,19例;对照组为正常健康者30名。②用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组对象血清的S100β蛋白和MBP含量。③认知功能评价:运用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)及临床记忆量表(CMS)评估认知功能。结果轻、中、重度VCI组的血清S100β浓度分别为(0.42±0.08)、(0.59±0.06)及(0.64±0.06)μg/L,对照组为(0.39±0.11)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,中、重度VCI组血清S100β含量与MMSE总分及记忆商值皆呈显著性负相关(r=-0.55,r=-0.57;r=-0.63,r=-0.65,),而轻度VCI组血清S100β含量与MMSE总分及记忆商值无显著相关性。轻、中、重度VCI组的血清MBP浓度为(3.94±0.68)、(3.44±0.76)及(5.21±0.96)μg/L,对照组为(1.75±0.47)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,重度VCI组血清MBP含量与MMSE总分及记忆商值均呈显著性负相关(r=-0.67,r=-0.61),轻、中度VCI组血清MBP含量与MMSE评分和记忆商值均呈显著性负相关(r=-0.62,r=-0.58;r=-0.63,r=-0.57)。结论血清S100β和MBP浓度有可能作为观察中、重度血管性认知(包括记忆和脱髓鞘变化)损害的生化指标。
