摘要：

<正>我国60岁以上老年人跌倒发生率为18%,80岁以上达24%〔1,2〕。跌倒后约5%15%会造成脑部损伤、软组织损伤、骨折、脱臼等并发症〔3,4〕;跌倒同时给老年人带来不同程度的心理创伤和心理障碍,表现为跌倒恐惧,称之为跌倒后综合征〔5～7〕。跌倒是由多种复杂的因素引起的,其中老年人平衡功能的下降是引起老年人跌倒的主要原一〔8～10〕。现将老年人跌
