兔膝关节力学有限元分析及软骨缺损模型的建立

摘要
目的探究生物有限元方法分析兔膝关节股骨侧的软骨受力情况,并构建不同负重部位软骨缺损的动物模型。方法采用一种基于CT值的、非均匀各向同性的骨生物有限元建模方法,构建兔膝关节股骨侧的生物力学模型,得到兔膝关节软骨应力云图。结合兔膝关节主要负重区域、膝关节周围重要解剖结构等,探索操作简便、创伤小、可同时构造不同负重区软骨缺损动物模型的术式。结果有限元方法得到的兔膝关节股骨侧软骨应力云图结果显示,股骨髁后部应力最大,其次为股骨髁前部,最小为股骨滑车部位。活体动物实验结果显示,内侧手术切口可同时显露不同负重区域的软骨,并构造出软骨缺损模型,术后实验动物无死亡及残疾。结论生物有限元方法是研究动物软骨力学模型的有效方法,能够得到兔膝关节软骨力学云图;膝关节内侧切口以安全有效的暴露不同负重部位的软骨,并构建软骨缺损模型。
