新辅助化疗后乳腺癌患者的疗效评估及治疗进展

摘要：

新辅助化疗(NCT)后达病理完全缓解(pCR)被认为是评价乳腺癌新辅助化疗预后的主要指标, 对于新辅助化疗后术后残余疾病者, 目前还没有常规的标准治疗方法, 而近期针对在新辅助治疗后辅助阶段治疗的CREATE-X试验表明, 使用卡培他滨可显著改善新辅助化疗后未获得pCR者的生存, 也有一些新的药物正在作为乳腺癌新辅助化疗后辅助阶段的治疗选择出现。
