工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感的影响:核心自我评价的调节作用

摘要
在角色扩张理论与资源守恒理论的基础上,以241名公司员工作为被试对象,探究了工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感的影响及其机制。研究发现工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感有显著的正性影响,而核心自我评价在其中起调节作用,当核心自我评价较高时,工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感没有显著的影响;而核心自我评价较低时,工作-家庭增益对主观幸福感的正性影响显著。
