摘要：

肥胖是严重影响女性生殖健康的疾病之一,与女性内泌代谢紊乱、卵子和胚胎质量、子宫内膜容受性相关,同时也与妊娠、高血压、糖尿病、感染、血栓栓塞、产时并发症等产科相关疾病有密切关系,对肥胖不孕患者进行早期干预,可改善其辅助生殖治疗的结局。
