非编码RNA在骨代谢及骨重建中作用的研究进展

摘要
非编码RNA(non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA分子,占据了人类基因组的大部分。研究发现,非编码RNA与成骨分化及骨代谢关系密切。目前,许多与骨相关疾病发病机制尚未明了。因此,本文重点介绍了三种常见非编码RNA(微小RNA,长链非编码RNA和环状RNA)的分类,作用机制,对骨生长分化、骨代谢的影响,以及对骨相关疾病的影响等方面。
