摘要：

目的:探讨我国银屑病患者中抑郁症发病与性别的关系。方法:选取18岁及以上的246例门诊银屑病患者,采用流行病学调查中心抑郁量表(center for epidemiologic studies depression scale,CES-D)进行调查。结果:31.43%的患者有明显的抑郁症状。尽管男性和女性的社会地位和工作状况都有不同,但两者均表现为相似的抑郁症状。结论:银屑病患者表现的抑郁症状没有明显的性别差异。
