<正>股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,O N F H)又称缺血性坏死(a v a s c u l a r n e crosis,AVN)或无菌性坏死(aseptic necrosis,ASN),是造成青壮年髋关节残疾的最常见原因之一[1]。根据其诱发因素,可分为创伤性ONFH和非创伤性ONFH,糖皮质激素的使用和饮酒是非创伤性ONFH的最常见诱因[1-3]。ONFH的根本病理机制
