柴油机废气涡轮增压器噪声机理及性能试验研究

摘要
分析了船用柴油机废气涡轮增压器噪声机理,开展了增压器噪声频谱分析及声强识别试验研究。试验结果表明:压气机入口气动噪声频谱主要由窄带叶尖间隙噪声(TCN)和离散的叶频(BPF)及其谐次成分组成,涡壳辐射噪声主要是由叶尖间隙噪声和转子轴频及其谐波引起的结构振动而产生的辐射噪声。增压器噪声的能量分布在1~8kHz较宽频率范围内,声功率与转速近似呈线性增加,由50%转速增加至标定转速时,声功率增加近20dB。
