降钙素原在临床的应用研究进展

摘要
降钙素原(PCT)是受细胞因子诱导产生的炎性介质,可作为一种次级炎性因子在炎性反应过程中发挥作用,导致脏器损伤。通常情况下PCT的敏感性和特异性优于C反应蛋白,且其对感染的特异性可随PCT升高而增加,但需结合临床确定适宜的分界值。PCT对结缔组织疾病并细菌感染有一定的诊断价值。
