<正> 先天性心脏病是儿科最常见的心脏病,是指心脏或大血管大体的结构异常,对心功能产生了实际或潜在的影响,它是导致新生儿死亡的主要原因之一,又给社会造成了严重的经济负担。美国许多较大的儿童特护中心25～30％的病床被先心病患儿占用,花费了大量的儿童保健资源和费用。所以了解先心病的发病率及各种类型先心病的发生
