脱落酸在小麦幼胚培养中的作用

摘要：

在诱导小麦幼胚愈伤组织培养基中附加 ABA0.5 mg·L-1,不仅能有效地抑制胚芽生长,增加盾片愈伤组织的致密度和可分生细胞的数目,而且有利于诱导出更多的胚状体,进一步提高幼胚愈伤组织分化频率。
