摘要：

<正>在全世界范围内,结直肠癌的发病率男女均处于常见恶性肿瘤的第3位,其发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势[1]。由于结直肠癌的早期症状不明显,一旦确诊大部分已属中、晚期,甚至失去手术的机会,不能手术的晚期转移性结直肠癌的预期寿命仅为8个月[2],对于晚期结直肠癌患者主要的全身治疗方
