摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)是普遍应用于现有燃料电池车辆中的电源。然而,在低于冰点的条件下,由于冰的形成和反复的冻结/融化循环,其内部单体会发生性能衰退,导致不可逆转的损坏。这些问题导致PEMFC难以在寒冷地区的进一步商业化。因此,为了解决PEMFC车辆的快速低温冷启动和防冻保护等相关问题,众多的学者及机构已经进行了相关的研究。本文就PEMFC系统冷启动的最新研究进展进行了梳理,总结了燃料电池系统冷启动前的安全停机的方法和策略。主要分为两类:1)采用介质吹扫;2)采用抗冻结的材料和结构。在PEMFC系统冷启动的解决方案上,根据不同的加热源,将加热方案分为两大类:1)内加热;2)外加热。本文基于对期刊论文和专利的详尽调查,对冷启动的方法及策略进行了详细的汇总与介绍。
