摘要：

IκB激酶β(inhibitor kappa B kinaseβ,IKKβ)是IKK复合物中介导核转录因子(nuclear transcription factor kappa B,NF-κB)活化经典途径的关键亚基。IKKβ活性受到上游激酶调节的同时,也参与调控与多种疾病相关的靶基因,尤其在肿瘤与炎症的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,在炎症与肿瘤之间搭建了一座桥梁。该文就IKKβ在肿瘤发生发展过程中作用及其抑制剂的研究进展予以综述。
