摘要：
The paper sorts out and analyses the various social language dissimilation phenomena of the late twentieth century; reveals in terms of social culture learning the cultural factors which cause such phenomena; advances definitely that facing the 21 s t century we should make a reasonable choice in order to defend our mother tongue developing in a healthy way.
