市场导向对创新类型和产品创新绩效的影响

摘要
关于市场导向是否以及如何影响产品创新的实证研究结果并不一致,而且相关研究很少区分产品创新的类型,更缺乏来自出口企业的实证检验。基于220家我国制造型出口企业的问卷调查,本研究得出如下结论:(1)两种类型的创新和产品创新绩效都呈现显著的正相关关系,激进式创新的作用更为明显;(2)在出口市场导向的三个维度中,顾客导向和职能间协调对于激进式创新和渐进式创新具有显著的正向影响;职能间协调对激进式创新的影响更明显,顾客导向则更能显著促进渐进式创新;(3)职能间协调对于新产品绩效的总效应最大,顾客导向次之,而竞争者导向的影响并不明显。论文研究为中国制造型出口企业如何改善创新活动、提高产品创新绩效提出了重要的管理启示。
