自我效能训练对缺血性脑卒中认知障碍患者执行功能和生存质量的影响

摘要：

目的探讨自我效能训练对缺血性脑卒中认知障碍患者执行功能和生存质量的影响。方法 80例认知障碍的缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(40例)和自我效能训练组(40例)。对照组给予针对性的认知干预,干预组在认知干预的同时施以效能感训练。采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评价患者自我效能水平,采用执行缺陷综合征的行为评价(BADS)进行执行功能评测;采用生命质量简表SF-36进行生命质量评测;采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评测患者焦虑和抑郁情况。结果治疗前,两组在自我效能水平、BADS各项指标评分、生存质量各项指标评分、SDS和SAS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,效能训练组自我效能水平评分、BADS各项指标评分、生存质量各项指标评分、SDS和SAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我效能训练可促进缺血性脑卒中认知障碍患者执行功能的恢复,提高患者生存质量。
