摘要：

血清HBsAg或HBeAg定量检测在CHB患者对治疗应答有预测作用,因而可以指导和调整治疗方案。本文阐述了CHB患者血清HBsAg和HBeAg变化与HBV复制指标如血清HBV DNA、肝内HBV cccDNA和HBV DNA的关系,以便对CHB患者血清HBsAg或HBeAg水平在判定抗病毒疗效方面有一个相对清晰的认识。
