诃子化学成分与药理活性研究进展

摘要
目的:了解诃子近5年来的研究进展,为进一步深入研究和开发利用该药提供参考。方法:查阅近5年关于诃子研究的国内、外文献,对诃子的化学成分和药理活性的进展进行综述。结果:诃子化学成分丰富多样,主要包括鞣质类、酚酸类、三萜类、黄酮类、挥发油等,其提取物具有抗氧化、抗糖尿病、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、镇痛等多种药理活性。结论:随着对诃子的深入研究,不断发现其新的化学成分和生物活性,具有广阔的应用前景。
