摘要：

增生性瘢痕的出现和瘢痕挛缩是对烧伤后患者影响最大也是最重要的两个问题,对这两个问题的处理直接影响烧伤后期的功能恢复水平。笔者通过文献回顾,着重对烧伤后增生性瘢痕和瘢痕挛缩的预防、治疗原则及治疗方法进行综述。
