摘要：

目的检验中文版Tilburg衰弱量表（TFI）在养老机构老年人中的信效度。方法采用方便抽样法选取济南市273名机构老年人进行调查。结果以衰弱指数（FI）为效标,受试者工作特征（ROC）分析显示TFI对衰弱的诊断准确性较好[曲线下面积（AUC）=0.82];TFI能有效区分不同年龄、性别、共病及身体功能状况的老年人（χ2=6.762,Z=-5.974～-3.041,P<0.05）;TFI的Cronbachα系数为0.75,重测信度为0.76。结论中文版TFI具有良好的信效度,可作为机构老年人的早期衰弱筛查工具。
