老年女性高血压患者血尿酸和CRP浓度与颈动脉硬化的相关性

摘要：

目的探讨老年女性高血压患者血尿酸水平与超敏CRP浓度和颈动脉血管壁内膜中层厚度(IMT)之间的相关性。方法测定89例老年女性高血压患者血尿酸、超敏CRP(hs-CRP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)水平及颈总动脉血管壁内膜中层厚度IMT,按颈总动脉IMT分成内膜正常组、内膜增厚组、斑块形成组、管腔狭窄组,比较各组间血尿酸、超敏CRP(hs-CRP)水平。采用多元回归分析统计血尿酸水平与超敏CRP(hs-CRP)浓度和颈动脉IMT之间的关系。结果血尿酸、hs-CRP与老年女性高血压患者颈动脉IMT增厚有关。结论老年女性高血压患者测定颈动脉IMT、hs-CRP浓度、血尿酸水平,可协助诊断冠心病。
