提取方法对植物多糖生物活性的影响研究进展

摘要
植物多糖是一类纯天然的生物活性物质,其来源广泛,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化、抗疲劳等众多活性功能。多糖的活性受种类、部位以及提取方法等因素影响。文章从植物多糖生物活性的研究现状以及提取方法对生物活性的影响两方面进行综述,以期为多糖活性的探索与利用提供参考。
