摘要：

<正>全球慢性HBV感染者多达3.6亿,我国有1.2亿,其中有3000万是慢性乙型肝炎患者,慢性乙型肝炎最关键的处理应是抗病毒治疗,以拉米夫定(lamivudine,LAM)为代表的核苷(酸)类似物开创了慢性乙型肝炎治疗的新时代。LAM是被批准的第一个治疗慢性乙型肝炎的抗病毒口服药,随着其在国内、外临床的广泛应用,HBV耐药突变(resistant mutation)已成为令临床医师棘手的问题。LAM耐药后的抗病毒治疗是临床面临的一个新课题,为此,许多学者进行了有益探讨。
