摘要：

目的检验CALM1基因遗传多态性与骨关节炎(OA)的相关性。方法对2015年6月之前发表的关于CALM1基因与OA的文献进行检索、收集和整理,采用荟萃分析的手段对CALM1的单核苷酸多态性位点(SNP)与OA进行分析。结果本研究在4个团队的4份独立样本(包括患者1 591例和健康对照1 523例)中对CALM1核心启动子区SNP rs12885713进行分析。结果发现,在亚洲人群中rs12885713与OA存在显著的相关性(P=0.02)。结论本次分析显示至少在亚洲人群中,CALM1很可能参与了OA的发生发展过程。
