摘要：

目的探讨血液透析患者透析相关性疲乏状况及与自我管理行为的关系。方法选取120例维持性血液透析患者,使用基本情况调查表、疲乏评定量表和自我管理行为评估量表进行调查分析。结果透析相关性疲乏(DRF)发生率为80.83%,其中轻度DRF为9例(7.50%),中度DRF为59例(49.17%),重度DRF为29例(24.16%)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,肾性贫血及矿物质-骨代谢紊乱是DRF的危险因素,自我管理行为是DRF的保护因素。结论维持性血液透析患者会出现不同程度的疲乏感,提高患者的自我管理行为能力,能有效缓解患者的DRF程度,提高患者的生存质量。
