P波离散度与高血压病心肌重塑关系研究

摘要
目的探讨P波离散度与高血压病心肌肥厚的关系。方法选择原发高血压病患者49例作为观察对象,健康体检者46例作为对照;行心电图测量P波离散度,心脏彩超测量舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVSTd)、舒张末期左室后壁厚度(LVP-WTd)、舒张末期左室内径(LVEDd)、左房内径(LAd),计算左室质量(LVM)与左室质量指数(LVMI)。结果高血压患者左心房内径、室间隔厚度、后壁厚度、左室质量与左室质量指数,与健康对照比较显著增高(P<0.05);高血压的P波离散度和最大P波宽度较健康对照明显延长,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。高血压组P波离散度与左室质量及左室质量指数呈正相关。结论P波离散度可作为一项无创性预测高血压病心肌重塑手段。
