对当前及今后一个时期农民收入增长问题的思考

The author analyses the reason for the slow down of farmer’s income growth rate. He suggests that the agriculture is no longer the main source of farmer’s income growth, neither likely to improve its potential to increase income through structure adjustment. Therefore, the only solution is seeking to develop the non agricultural industries in rural area and transfer the rural population in mass.
