国外组织公民行为与反生产行为关系研究述评

摘要
作为性质截然不同但又高度相关的两种员工自发角色外行为,组织公民行为与反生产行为的关系引起了国外众多学者的研究兴趣。本文从概念内涵、结构维度、前因变量、潜在影响四个方面对组织公民行为与反生产行为进行了对比分析,在此基础上分析了关于两者之间关系的三种不同认知,并指出了未来的研究方向。
