摘要：

技术接受模型是解释和预测人们对信息技术接受程度的基础理论。本文主要对近年来国外技术接受的研究进行系统性总结分析。首先总结了技术接受模型的不同应用领域和不同用户群体对技术接受的影响;接着综述了技术接受模型中关键变量之间的关系,对感知有用性和感知易用性的测量,以及影响感知有用性和感知易用性的外部因素。最后指出了现有研究的不足以及今后研究的方向。
