奥氮平与利培酮对老年精神分裂症患者血糖血脂的影响

摘要：

目的探讨奥氮平与利培酮对老年精神分裂症患者血糖、血脂的影响。方法将44例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组各22例,分别给予利培酮和奥氮平治疗,观察8 w。治疗前及治疗第8 w末检测体重指数、空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯。采用简明精神病量表评定临床疗效,并进行对比分析。结果利培酮组治疗前后体重指数、空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯差异均无显著性(P>0.05),奥氮平组治疗后上述各项水平明显升高,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组简明精神病量表减分率与治疗前后的体重指数、空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平对老年精神分裂症患者的血糖、血脂影响较利培酮显著,两组疗效与患者的体重指数、血糖、血脂变化无必然联系。
