论职业教育中的利益与权利均衡——浅析职业教育现代化的社会维度

摘要：

职业教育现代化是教育现代化的重要组成部分,但目前我国已有的关于职业教育现代化的论述更多偏重经济、技术层面,较少涉及到社会制度的层面。本文采用文献分析的方法,通过解读几个发达国家职业教育发展的社会背景和制度环境,简要分析了职业教育系统与其外在制度环境和社会系统之间的互动关系,研究和探讨了职业教育现代化内涵的社会维度。本文提出,职业教育现代化不仅包含技术与经济的内容,也应当蕴含一定的社会维度,而不同群体的利益和权利均衡则是现代化的职业教育系统的重要内涵之一。
