摘要：

关键链法(CCM)是在约束理论(TOC)基础上发展起来的一种项目进度计划技术.它通过插入时间缓冲处理了工期的不确定性,缩短了项目周期.本文详细介绍了关键链法的基本思想、使用步骤,时间缓冲量的计算方法,并指出了关键链法还存在的一些难点及今后可能的研究方向.
