摘要
谷氨酰胺(Gln)是一种具有多种生物活性作用的"条件必需氨基酸",研究表明Gln对多脏器尤其是对胃肠道具有重要保护作用,含谷氨酰胺的营养治疗能够改善危重病人的预后。
