摘要：

本文通过梳理国内外科学数据开放政策的相关研究成果,对国内外科学数据开放政策的研究现状进行了比较分析,在此基础上探讨了国内外相关研究的特点以及我国现有研究的不足,并对我国科学数据开放政策的未来研究动向进行了评判,为我国更好地开展科学数据开放政策研究提供参考。
