口腔鳞癌NOS和VEGF的表达及其与肿瘤血管形成的关系

摘要
目的 研究Ⅱ、Ⅲ型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS、eNOS)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其与肿瘤血管形成的关系。方法 应用免疫组化检测 40例口腔鳞癌患者手术切除标本的iNOS、eNOS、VEGF的表达。抗CD34单克隆抗体显示血管内皮细胞。根据CD34阳性的血管内皮细胞来测定肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果 iNOS、eNOS分别在 82 .9%、84.3%的口腔鳞癌中阳性表达 ,而正常口腔粘膜组织不表达。iNOS阳性的口腔鳞癌组织 33例MVD为 34 .3± 1.5 /高倍视野。iNOS阴性的组织为 30 .2± 2 .1/高倍视野 ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;VEGF阳性口腔鳞癌组织 2 4例MVD为 38.6± 2 .8/高倍视野 ,VEGF阴性组织为 2 4.2± 1.6 /高倍视野 ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,iNOS、eNOS的表达与VEGF的表达无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 iNOS和VEGF可促进口腔鳞癌肿瘤血管形成 ,NOS和VEGF可能在口腔鳞癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用。
