摘要：

儿童性早熟是一种青春发育的异常,表现为第二性征和体格提前发育,影响儿童的成年身高和心理健康。本文就不同类型性早熟的诊治及促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)治疗性早熟的远期效果及安全性做一讨论,以引起儿科医生的关注。
