摘要：

急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是由冠状动脉内动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂,诱发血栓形成所致,预防其破裂对控制冠心病的进展与恶化有极重要的意义。近年研究表明,动脉粥样硬化斑块内存在的一组基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性关系密切,作者就此方面的研究及进展进行综述。
