制造业物流外包与生产率的关系研究

摘要：

物流外包在全球范围内迅速发展,本文首先从核心竞争力、交易成本、供应链管理和专业化分工四个理论视角对物流外包兴起的原因进行了分析,然后根据1997年、2002年和2007年的投入产出数据估算了我国制造业的物流外包率,并以面板数据模型检验了物流外包对我国制造业劳动生产率的影响。研究发现:物流外包对我国制造业生产率的影响为正,但不显著;非中性技术进步假设下,物流外包会带来资本节约型的技术进步,同时伴随着中性的技术退步,两者的共同作用使得物流外包对制造业生产率的总效应为正。最后本文落脚于制造业与物流业的联动,提出了相应的对策建议。
