摘要：

<正>感染性休克是较常见的危重急症,是严重的全身性病态综合征,是在原发病的基础上发生的急性微循环障碍,有效循环血量不足及组织血液灌注减少,继而造成组织缺血、缺氧、代谢紊乱及全身脏器功能受损,病势凶猛,死亡率高。因此严密细致的临床观察及有效的护理显得尤为重要。现将其研究现状综述如下。
