It is important to understand the internal integration of economy and ethic by promoting the development of general theory and subject system of Business Ethics. This internal integration is the embodiment of internal moral characteristic of economy. The meaning of internal morality includes the co-existence in the following four aspects: relationship, mechanism, behavior and value. The external morality of economy is the form beyond the reasonable limit of internal morality of economy. The degree of integration embodies the tensional relationship in the process of integration. To the need facing the practice, integrating the moral resource, refining or designing the specific model of integrating economy and ethic, will help to realize the economic value of morality.
