摘要
用共沉淀的方法合成LiNi2/3Mn1/3O2层状结构的锂离子电池正极材料,研究了原材料中锂源用量对产物中锂的含量、锂离子和镍离子的错位以及电化学性能的影响.结果表明,通过调节锂源用量,可以获得高有序度的样品,当锂源用量为120%时,经过600℃烧结3h,900℃下再烧结5h,产物中锂的含量接近理论计量比,错位率可低至1.27%,表现出很好的结构有序性,在C/20倍率下,首次充放电可达172mAh/g.进一步采用SiO2进行表面包覆改性,可获得优异的循环性能.
