摘要：

基于承包商的视角将平衡计分卡应用于项目层次并修正为财务、业主、项目管理以及学习与成长四个维度,通过修正的平衡计分卡和关键绩效指标法建立了项目绩效指标体系。采用网络分析法确定了绩效指标的权重,权重较高的四个绩效指标依次为项目人员成长、项目信息化、项目盈利能力以及项目创新,可见工程承包商应更多地关注对未来项目管理水平有决定影响的"学习与成长维度"。
