气相色谱测定不同基质中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留

摘要
[目的]建立3种不同基质中二硫代氨基甲酸盐(酯)类(DTCs)的气相色谱测定方法。[方法]高温水浴中以氯化亚锡的盐酸溶液对样品中的农药进行消解,定量产生二硫化碳气体,该气体被瓶中的正己烷相吸收,形成二硫化碳的正己烷溶液,以气相色谱法(μECD检测器)进行检测。[结果]采用该方法对苹果基质、青菜基质及土壤基质中代森联、丙森锌和代森锰锌进行了方法确证,添加水平为0.20~2.00 mg/kg时,平均回收率为71.0%112%,日内精密度为2.55%7.63%,日间精密度为4.17%9.37%。采用外标法定量,方法的检出限(信噪比S/N为3)范围为0.02~0.10 mg/kg,定量限(信噪比S/N为10)范围为0.05~0.30 mg/kg。[结论]建立的方法精密准确、操作简便,为不同基质中代森锰锌、代森联和丙森锌的检测提供了一定的方法依据。
