网络能力、创业学习对中小型科技企业创业绩效的影响研究

摘要：

突破网络能力影响企业绩效的一般研究范式,通过整合社会资本与组织学习理论,依据对江苏、浙江和上海中小型科技企业的实地调研,重点探讨了在考虑创业学习情况下,网络能力对科技型中小企业创业绩效的影响。结果表明,无论利用式还是探索式学习,均表现出对科技型中小企业创业绩效的正向作用,尤其后者影响更明显;且在考虑创业学习基础上,创业网络表现出对科技型中小企业创业绩效更显著推动作用。
