摘要
血管内皮细胞(vascular endothelial cell,VEC)损伤参与多种血管疾病的发生。VEC损伤不仅被认为是导致动脉粥样硬化、血管再狭窄等增殖性血管病变的始动因素,而且可能与内皮修复一起构成贯穿其整个病理过程的主要矛盾。内皮的完整可抑制中膜平滑肌过度增殖,同时也可抑制血栓形成及白细胞黏附,这些作用对于抑制血管再狭窄的形成极其关键。目前研究显示,损伤的VEC可通过自身蛋白表型的改变参与以上病理过程并发挥着不同的作用,不仅促进或抑制血管再狭窄的形成,同时也可以加速或延缓血管再内皮化的进程。所以,对血管损伤后VEC标志物的深入研究至关重要。
