摘要：

神经系统疾病常见和多发,致残率和病死率高,对人类健康有重大威胁。同时,许多神经系统常见疾病,如脑血管病(卒中)、痴呆和认知功能障碍、帕金森病、多发性硬化、癫痫及原发性头痛等,均易伴发抑郁焦虑障碍,这不仅使得对相关疾病的诊断治疗变得更加复杂和困难,而且使得疾病迁延不愈、显著地增加了疾病的负担。因此,中华内科杂志编辑部组织部分神经科、精神科专家,就神经系统常见疾病伴发的抑郁焦虑障碍的诊断治疗问题提出共识性意见,以提高神经科、精神科、全科、老年科和普通内科医师对神经系统疾病伴发抑郁焦虑障碍的认识和处理,体现"以人为本"的医学宗旨,更好地实践生物-心理-社会的医学模式,提高临床诊疗水平。
