阳离子对十二烷基硫酸钠起泡性能及界面性质的影响

摘要
金属阳离子是影响阴离子起泡剂性能的重要因素之一。本文基于不同金属阳离子与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)溶液体系,研究了阳离子对十二烷基硫酸钠起泡性能及界面性质的影响。利用泡沫扫描仪对不同体系中的SDS溶液起泡能力和泡沫稳定性进行了分析,利用图像分析法对泡沫的形态、直径和分布进行了统计分析,借助界面张力和流变仪对不同体系的界面黏弹性进行了测试分析。结果表明:阳离子可以降低SDS溶液体系的起泡能力,其影响大小顺序为Al3+>Mg2+>Na+;泡沫的半衰期随着Na+和Mg2+浓度的增加先减小后趋于平缓,而随着Al3+离子浓度的增加先减小后增大再后趋于平缓;Al3+对泡沫结构的不利影响远大于Na+和Mg2+;Al3+使泡沫直径降低的能力最大;复合溶液表面膜是黏弹性的,各阳离子影响扩张模量的能力顺序为:Al3+>Mg2+>Na+。
